What are Honey Dew Rewards?
Honey Dew Rewards is our loyalty reward app that allows you to earn rewards and offers throughout the year.
Ok, how do I get started?
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play store and create your account. You can begin using the app immediately.
Is there a fee to join the rewards program?
No way! You just need to create your account and you’ll be ready to start earning your points.
I do not have an email address, can I join the rewards program without using one?
An email address is required as it helps us keep you informed about both your account and rewards.
How does the Honey Dew Rewards program work?
With any qualifying in shop purchase, you earn 10 points for every $1 spent.
You choose your reward. Tiers start at 150 points where you can get a single donut or 6 dew drops. At 300 points enjoy any size any flavor Chiller (sparkling water) or hot or iced tea. For 450 points you can enjoy a small or medium hot or iced coffee including mocha madness and crazy caramel. 600 points gets you the choice of either an egg & cheese wrap or a bagel with cream cheese. Last but not least if you redeem 750 points you can take $5 off your purchase.
Why does the Honey Dew Rewards app ask for my location information?
Your location information is needed to locate the Honey Dew Shop nearest to you and to make your search quick and easy.
What if I don’t have a mobile device or don’t want to have the Honey Dew Rewards app on my phone?
Sorry but you must have the App downloaded to your phone to manage your account, earn points, and claim rewards.
How do you use my personal and purchase information?
We do not share your personal or purchase information. Purchase information is used to help us provide you with offers, products and information you are most interested in.
Is my personal information secure?
We go to great lengths to ensure the security of your personal information. Please refer to our privacy policy posted on our website www.honeydewdonuts.com
How do I earn points?
Simply open your app when you check out and scan the barcode on the bottom of your receipt to earn points. If you added your phone number to your account when signing up, you can provide your number to the cashier to earn points automatically.
The barcode didn’t scan. What can I do?
Wait a few minutes and try again. If you are still unable to scan please take a photo of the receipt and send it into Honey Dew Support using the “Contact Us?” feature of the app.
I have an account but didn’t have the Honey Dew Rewards app with me when I purchased. Can I still earn points?
Yes! Be sure to save your receipt. Each receipt has a Honey Dew Rewards barcode that can be scanned to earn points for your purchase. See above for how to scan.
How do I know how many points I have earned?
You can check your account balance at any time by opening the Honey Dew Rewards app and visiting the app “Home” page. Now on that screen tap “Rewards” in the bottom menu of your screen. You will see the points meter and how close you are to reaching your next goal!
My receipt was for higher than the points I received, why?
You earn points on all pre-tax sales and not the receipt total, which includes tax.
None of these situations apply and I still don’t know why I didn’t earn points. What can I do?
Please log into the Honey Dew Rewards app. Select ‘Account’ section on your menu bar and tap “Contact Us” and complete the auto-generated email by explaining your situation, location you visited and receipt number. We will respond within 5 business days to help resolve your situation.
Can I give the cashier my phone number to apply my points to my account?
Yes.
Besides points, are there other ways to get free food and discounts?
From time to time we provide special rewards and offers for our members. Be sure to open our emails and check the app so you don’t miss any offers or rewards!
How do I redeem my rewards?
To redeem, follow these simple steps:
- Open the Honey Dew Rewards app before paying the cashier, tap the rewards button
- Select your Reward
- Then tap “redeem in store”.
- A code will appear on your device. The cashier will enter the code when you pay.
- Your reward will be applied to your order.
I have multiple rewards, can I apply them all to one purchase to cover the cost of most of my purchase?
You can only redeem one reward per transaction. Redeeming two or more rewards in a single purchase is not allowed.
Can I substitute my reward for a different product?
Sorry, substitutions are not allowed
Do my rewards expire?
Yes, all rewards expire, although we do our best to give you enough time to redeem. You can check your account for current rewards and view expiration dates. Points will expire if there is a 6-month period of inactivity on your account.
Can I earn my rewards points at any Honey Dew Shop on all Honey Dew purchases?
Points are only earned by making qualified purchases at participating Honey Dew locations. Unqualified purchases are:
- Purchase/reload of Honey Dew gift cards
- Donations to charity
- Purchase of newspapers
- Portions of your purchase which are for taxes
I purchased a Honey Dew gift card, can I earn points?
The purchase of a gift card does not earn points. However, if you have a gift card and wish to use it to pay for your order, you can receive points as long as you are a member.
Why does the Honey Dew Rewards app ask to use my camera? Can I turn it off?
In order to earn points with the barcode, your device camera is needed to view and scan the barcode. You can turn off the camera in your settings but you will need to manually enter the bar code numbers each time you wish to earn points for purchases.
My app is frozen and won’t advance to next screen. What do I do?
Try logging out of your account and then closing the Honey Dew Rewards app on your device. Restart the app and begin using it as usual. If the problem persists, select the “Need Help” tab in the app menu. Provide details of your technical difficulty and submit.
How do I auto load a gift card?
You can load and auto reload your gift card with a minimum of $10. This can be completed through your payment methods under the “Account” tab by entering your credit card.
Can I add a traditional gift card to my account?
Yes, our traditional gift cards can be added to your account if they have a 4 digit pin number on the back.
Can I redeem my reward when I’m buying additional products?
Yes.

What forms of payment are accepted?
You may use visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, HD Virtual gift card or physical gift cards to pay for your order.
How can I save favorites or payment options?
You can save favorite orders, repeat past orders and save payment options when you login to your account. To save your favorite menu items, click the heart icon when browsing from the menu or order summary page. To save full orders click “Save as Favorite” upon completion of your order. All favorite items and orders will be saved under “My Favorites” on the home screen for future ordering with just a tap!
How do I see menu prices?
Menu options and pricing DEW vary by location. Select the location you’d like to order from and the relevant menu and pricing will display. If you happen to change your order location before submitting its possible that prices and item availability may change.
Can I change the location after placing my order?
No, please make sure you have selected the correct location prior to placing your order.
How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?
To change or cancel your order after it has been submitted, please call the Honey Dew shop you ordered from directly.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I DEW?
Check your junk or promotions folder for the email address that you entered. If the app or web page is still open, you may resend the receipt to another email address from this receipt screen. If you ordered from your account, you will see the order in “Order History” or on the home screen of the Honey Dew app. If you ordered as a guest and closed the app or web page, please contact the Honey Dew Location directly.
Where DEW I pick up my order?
When you arrive at Honey Dew pick up your order inside at the designated pick-up area or, where applicable, you may drive through the drive thru.

DEW I have to create an account to place an order?
No, creating an account is optional. You may submit an order as a guest without creating an account.
